I can’t believe this house is up for foreclosure! It’s beautiful!
Scott- I wanted to say thank you for starting this website, it is very helpful for people who do not get the paper and want to find foreclosure sales. Also thank you for keeping the website updated, I can’t believe in a weeks time there are already new houses up for sale in such a short amount of time!

Do bear in mind that just because a house is up for foreclosure doesn’t necessarily mean it will be sold at a foreclosure sale. Often, the homeowner will catch up on their payments or work things out with the bank such that the foreclosure sale doesn’t happen.
Also — you’re welcome for keeping this web site going. In addition to people who don’t get the paper, I hope it is helpful for people who are geared more towards consuming information online instead of in print.
